Brilliant minds in our time are talking about reforming our education system and figuring a way to better empower our youth. The YELL team seems to have an answer to it all and not just in theory but through an experiential, practical model. The answer: instill entrepreneurial thinking in our youth. The Young Entrepreneur Leadership Launchpad (YELL) was founded by three Canadian entrepreneurs with a passion to develop the creative and enterprising capabilities of all our youth so they can build the sustainable economies of the future. YELL offers unique educational programming to public high school districts to deliver content via a collaborative ecosystem involving teachers, online learning and face-to-face time with business and community leaders as mentors. Since September, students have been learning real world business lessons from accomplished mentors and have developed original business plans which can be implemented to solve real world problems. Venture Challenge Tickets can be purchased here For more info on the YELL program check out – weyell.org
